1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Fluxa AI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app or services. If you use Fluxa AI on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, any subscription terms shown during checkout, and the rules of the app store or platform where you downloaded or paid for the app.
2. What Fluxa AI Does
Fluxa AI is an AI assistant for writing, replies, explanations, creative ideas, templates, image generation, and productivity support. The app may include free credit-based usage, rewarded ads, and optional paid packages for higher or unlimited fair-use access where available.
Fluxa AI is provided for general productivity, entertainment, education, and creative assistance. It is not a substitute for professional advice from qualified legal, medical, financial, mental health, or other licensed professionals.
3. Accounts and Security
You may need an account to use some features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity is caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
You must not create accounts using false, misleading, abusive, automated, or unauthorized methods. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, abuse credits, misuse ads or payments, or attempt to harm the service.
4. AI Inputs and Outputs
You are responsible for the prompts, files, text, images, or other content you submit to Fluxa AI. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. You should review, edit, and verify important output before relying on it or sharing it.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI outputs generated for you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any output does not violate third-party rights, app-store rules, laws, or platform policies.
Do not use Fluxa AI to produce or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Fluxa AI to:
- Break laws, promote violence, harassment, hate, self-harm, exploitation, fraud, malware, or other harmful activity.
- Generate sexual content involving minors or exploitative content involving any person.
- Impersonate people, mislead others, create scams, or misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is required.
- Upload private, confidential, or sensitive information that you do not have permission to use.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass limits, abuse ads, manipulate payments, or interfere with the app, backend, or third-party services.
6. Credits, Packages, Subscriptions, and Payments
Fluxa AI may offer free credits, rewarded credits, one-time packages, or recurring subscriptions. Prices, features, renewal terms, billing intervals, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Paid access may be subject to fair-use limits, abuse prevention, technical limits, and availability of third-party AI providers.
If you purchase through Google Play, Apple App Store, or another app store, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to that store's terms and policies. If an eligible payment is made through a third-party payment processor, that processor's terms may also apply. We do not store full card numbers in Fluxa AI.
Unless required by law or the applicable store policy, fees already paid are non-refundable. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but may not immediately remove access already paid for during the active billing period.
7. Ads and Rewarded Credits
Fluxa AI may show ads, including rewarded ads. Rewarded credits are granted only after a valid ad completion or eligible reward event. We may limit, delay, reverse, or refuse rewards if ad providers report invalid activity, repeated failures, abuse, automation, or fraud.
Ads may be provided by third-party networks such as Google AdMob. Ad availability can vary by device, region, account status, network conditions, and ad inventory.
8. Privacy and Account Deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and delete data. You can request account deletion from inside the app or through our account deletion page. When you request deletion, the account is disabled and scheduled for permanent deletion within the stated retention period.
9. Third-Party Services
Fluxa AI may rely on third-party services for AI processing, app distribution, payments, ads, hosting, analytics, crash diagnostics, security, and communication. These providers may process data under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
10. Availability, Changes, and Termination
We work to keep Fluxa AI available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be delayed, be limited, or be discontinued for technical, security, legal, provider, or business reasons. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised effective date.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, abuse the service, or if continued access would expose Fluxa AI, users, Sakhisoft, app stores, or third-party providers to harm or legal risk.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Fluxa AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakhisoft disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakhisoft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of Fluxa AI.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
