1. Overview
Fluxa AI is an AI assistant app for chat, writing, replies, translation, learning, templates, image generation, and creative help. Sakhisoft is responsible for this Privacy Policy and for the data practices of Fluxa AI.
We aim to collect only the information needed to provide, secure, improve, support, and monetize Fluxa AI. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
This page is publicly available, labeled as a Privacy Policy, and applies to the Fluxa AI app and backend services.
2. Data We Collect
The data collected depends on how you use Fluxa AI. Some data is required for account-based features; some data is optional or generated by your use of the app.

Fluxa AI does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, health data, government IDs, or credit scores.
3. How We Use Data
We use data to:
- Create and manage accounts.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Generate AI chat, writing, translation, image, and template outputs.
- Maintain user credits, rewarded ad balances, and subscription status.
- Process payments, refunds, disputes, and subscription events.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, rate-limit bypassing, payment misuse, and security threats.
- Provide customer support and respond to user requests.
- Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, platform, and safety obligations.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. Data is transmitted using HTTPS where supported. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than plain text. Access to production systems should be limited to authorized personnel or service providers who need access to operate the service.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should use a strong password, keep your device secure, and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
6. Data Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide Fluxa AI, maintain accounts, support subscriptions and credits, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and maintain security.
When an account deletion request is accepted, Fluxa AI disables the account and schedules account data for permanent deletion within 90 days. Some limited records may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, security, or compliance reasons.
7. Account Deletion and Data Requests
You can request deletion from inside the Fluxa AI app or from our public account deletion page. When deletion is requested, account profile data, saved AI history, credit ledger records, and Fluxa AI subscription records are scheduled for deletion according to our retention process.
Payment processors, ad networks, app stores, and other third-party providers may retain their own records according to their policies and legal requirements.
8. Advertising and AdMob
Fluxa AI may use advertising services such as Google AdMob to show ads and support free usage. Ad providers may collect or receive device identifiers, ad identifiers, app activity, diagnostics, approximate location inferred by network, and other data according to their own policies and your device settings.
You can manage ad personalization and advertising identifiers through your device or Google settings where available. Rewarded credits may depend on valid ad completion and provider availability.
9. Payments and Subscriptions
If you buy a subscription or package, payment details are handled by the relevant app store or payment processor. Fluxa AI receives limited transaction, subscription, status, and webhook data needed to unlock features, manage renewals, process support requests, prevent fraud, and reconcile records.
We do not store full payment card numbers in Fluxa AI.
10. Children
Fluxa AI is not designed for children under 13. If your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age for digital consent, you must meet that age to use the app without parent or guardian consent. Parents or guardians who believe a child provided personal data may contact us to request deletion.
11. Your Choices
- You can update profile information inside the app where available.
- You can request account deletion using the in-app option or public deletion page.
- You can unsubscribe or cancel paid plans through the payment channel used for purchase.
- You can manage ad personalization and permissions through your device and Google settings.
- You can contact support for privacy questions or data requests.
12. International Processing
Fluxa AI and its service providers may process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for international data transfers.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law or platform rules.
