Delete your Fluxa AI account and data

How to request deletion

1. Enter the email address used for your Fluxa AI account.
2. Submit the request using the form below.
3. If the email matches a Fluxa AI account, the account is disabled and scheduled for permanent deletion.

Data deleted

• Account profile, email, password hash, preferences, and login data
• AI generation history and saved outputs
• Credit ledger entries and rewarded-ad reward records
• Subscription status records stored inside Fluxa AI

Retention period

Deletion is completed within 90 days of the request. During this period, the account may be retained in disabled state for fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, security, and legal compliance.

Data retained outside Fluxa AI

Payment providers, ad networks, app stores, hosting providers, or analytics providers may retain their own records according to their policies and legal obligations.
